These terms explain how Hail Repair Pro Hobbs (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides services and how this website and our offers work. They are general information and do not replace the written estimate, repair authorization, or warranty you sign with us. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Free inspections & estimates

Inspections and written estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate reflects the damage visible at the time of inspection; the final repair scope and price can change once disassembly, hidden damage, or your insurer’s appraisal is reviewed. We will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Insurance claims

We help document hail and collision damage and work directly with your insurance company. However, your insurer alone decides whether to approve your claim, what it covers, and how much it pays. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or that any particular amount will be paid, and we are not responsible for your insurer’s decisions. We are not an insurance company and do not provide insurance or legal advice.

Deductibles & out-of-pocket cost

Whether you owe a deductible, and how much you pay out of pocket, is set by your insurance policy and your insurer. Any deductible assistance or “$0 out-of-pocket” result depends on your policy, your claim, and applicable law, and is not guaranteed in every case. Please ask us about current offers and their terms before your repair begins.

Workmanship warranty

We back our work with a written warranty on the workmanship of repairs we perform, for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty applies to the original customer and covers the specific repair we completed. It does not cover new damage, normal wear, rust, corrosion, prior or unrelated damage, abuse, accidents, or work performed by others. Ask us for a copy of the written warranty terms.

Free loaner vehicles

Loaner vehicles are offered subject to availability and eligibility and may require a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a signed loaner agreement. A loaner is not guaranteed for every repair.

Promotions & offers

Promotional offers (such as free inspections, free loaners, or detailing) may change, be limited, or end at any time, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may carry additional terms.

Service area

Hail Repair Pro Hobbs is based at 3509 Industrial Drive, Hobbs, New Mexico 88240. We also serve nearby communities in Lea County, NM and West Texas — including Lovington, Eunice, Jal, Seminole, Seagraves, Denver City, Wellman, Andrews, and Kermit. Listing a town as part of our service area does not mean we operate a physical shop in that town.

Repair timelines

Any timeframes we provide are estimates only and depend on parts availability, your insurer, and the extent of the damage.

We work to keep this website accurate, but its content is provided “as is” without warranties.
